1. You made everything easy! A long distance remodel is not easy, but you made it so.
2. Throughout it all you were always calm and a voice of reason, even when there were hiccups, which are unavoidable.
3. You were so quick! Our timeline was aggressive and you came thorugh. No easy feat with labor shortages, supply and distribution issues.
4. Your attention to detail was amazing and your standards high. I have never worked with a contractor (and I’ve worked with many) who anticipated everything before I did and had things remedied before I even laid eyes on it.
