But, our female founder thinks women can do more than set and serve the table.

Meredith took a circuitous route to the construction industry.
She began by managing maintenance and make-readies on her own rental properties in Austin, TX. This quickly evolved into a property management business through Realtor referrals. Her clients appreciated the project management skills, design ideas and attention to detail she brought to updating rental properties. They started hiring her to remodel their own homes.
When she moved to Colorado, she dropped the tenant work and launched True Design Build, Ltd., focusing solely on reimagining clients’ homes.
She remains a real estate investor and brings a value-concious perspective to every project.
