Pre-Planning Highest Use & Layout
When reimagining a space, it’s important to work through lots of options. Through overhead layouts, we work and rework ideas until we arrive at a “highest use” plan, which melds the intended form with an optimized function of the space.
Elevations & Renderings
Based on a layout, we can create elevations and 3D renderings to help you envision what the space will actually look like when complete. This is a helpful step in considering finishes and selections in context.
Vision Boards
PInterest, Houzz and Instagram boards are no supplement for a customized vision board which allows you to see in one place the materials and finishes that will truly define your space.
Construction Plans
This is where our design build process really shines. Designing with construction in mind allows us to present plans based in reality. Where do plumbing lines run? What are the limitations on structural reconfiguration?
