True Design Build has been a labor of love that evolved from Meredith’s past combined experiences with design, construction, property and project management. In construction, “true” means precise, aligned, and sound—and that’s how she approaches each project. True Design Build is about creating spaces that are true to YOU—aligned with your life, built to last, and beautifully designed to feel like home.

Meredith took a circuitous route to the construction industry.
She began by managing maintenance and make-readies on her own rental properties in Austin, TX. This quickly evolved into a property management business through Realtor referrals. Her clients appreciated the project management skills, design ideas and attention to detail she brought to updating rental properties. They started hiring her to remodel their own homes.
When she moved to Colorado, she dropped the tenant work and launched True Design Build, Ltd., focusing solely on reimagining client’s homes.
She remains a real estate investor and brings a value-conscious perspective to every project.
