  • Whole House Remodel in Evergreen Colorado

Whole Home Renovation - Evergreen, CO

Challenge: Old doors & windows simultaneously blocked the view and baked the home’s occupants during the afternoon.

Solution: The right combination of low-e double sliders, transoms, fixed and casement windows opened up the living room to the patio and expansive views, while protecting the interior from heat and light during afternoon sun. A new “bright and light” aesthetic was carried through the living, dining, kitchen, entry and sitting room.

  • Whole House Renovation in Morrison Colorado

Whole Home Renovation - Morrison, CO

Challenge: The owners of this log home loved the character, but craved a more functional, inviting space.

Solution: By reimagining the kitchen and pantry, updating the primary and secondary baths and upgrading finishes throughout, we brought new life to the rustic charm. The result? A seamless blend of mountain warmth and contemporary comfort—perfect for living, entertaining and taking in the stunning views.

  • Kitchen Remodel in Historic Denver Home

    Kitchen Remodel - Historic Denver

Challenge: A galley kitchen was bisected by a walkway and cut off from the living room, making cooking difficult and entertaining impossible.

Solution: A new layout created defined workspaces for prep, cooking and entertaining. New structural beams opened the kitchen’s entertaining area to the living room and created casual breakfast seating. New cabinetry introduced color and chef-grade appliances modernized the kitchen while staying consistent with this character of the historic Denver home.

  • Mountain modern kitchen in Evergreen Colorado with white cabinets, a over-sized white island, glass pendant lights, white oak floors and accents.

Whole Home Renovation - Evergreen CO

Challenge: This 1970s mountain home was cut up into many small rooms. The home’s new owners hosted dinners often, but had nowhere to host intimate dinners, much less large gatherings.

Solution: Installing a massive structural beam allowed us to combine four small rooms to create one open-concept area for cooking, dining and entertaining. A new modern aesthetic updated this Evergreen home with natural elements and clean lines.

  • Kitchen remodel in Evergreen Colorado incorporating an open-concept dining area with rustic alder cabinets, an over-sized island and black slate tile floor.

Whole Home Renovation - Evergreen Co

Challenge: A raised floor and dividing walls created small, awkward kitchen, dining and seating areas that didn’t fit the casual, connected style of the home’s new owners.

Solution: As part of a whole house remodel, we dropped one floor level and created one open casual space for this active family. New windows brought in additional light and an over-sized island became a central spot for baking, crafts, laundry, homework and entertaining.

  • Mountain modern bathroom remodel with black and white geometric patterned floor tiles, a floating wooden vanity, large format tile accent wall and gold fixtures.

Whole House Renovation - Evergreen Co

Challenge: Our clients had lived in Italy, New York and other international cities. They loved their new mountain home but wanted it to better reflect their style.

Solution: We incorporated texture, pattern and contrast throughout the home to create striking visual impact.

  • Modern bathroom remodel in Denver with soothing color palette, walk-in shower, free-standing bathtub, dark wood vanity, gold fixtures and large mirror.

Primary Bath Remodel - Denver Co

Challenge: An awkward shower configuration and outdated fixtures left the primary bath out of step with the rest of the home.

Solution: Elevated finishes and a deep soaking tub created a soothing retreate for the home-owners.

Alyce

They made everything easy! A long distance remodel is not easy, but they made it so.
They were always calm and a voice of reason, even when there were hiccups, which are unavoidable.
They were so quick! Our timeline was aggressive and they came through!
The attention to detail was amazing and their standards high. I have never worked with a contractor (and I’ve worked with many) who anticipated everything before I did and had things remedied before I even laid eyes on it.

Following an unwanted basement flood, True Design Build helped us put our house back together - and more! There wasn't much time until two sets of extended family were overtaking our home for Thanksgiving, but the True team made it happen! Meredith made it so easy and fun that we decided to do an upstairs bath at the same time. She gave us great, thoughtful advice about materials and managed all the moving parts that made a project like this intimidating to us. Meredith was a delight to work with and always one-step ahead, making sure we made the right decisions and had the right materials on-site when needed. The extended team were respectful, professional and produced quality work.

After purchasing our home, we knew we wanted to do remodels in our bathrooms and kitchen. We struggled to find a contractor that would reliably show up, show a commitment to quality and even finish the work they started. Through a referral, we found True Design Build for our primary bath remodel. It was a whole different experience. Work moved quickly and on schedule. The team showed professionalism, collaboration and communication. The quality of the workmanship provided is outstanding. Having worked through prior full remodels, I'd state that this is by far the most organized and professional group I've ever worked with.
